Plate of six (6) 5 to 6cm diameter and cut with a scone cutter

Class 5 Fruit Cake
Rich Dark Fruit Cake
Approximately 2.5kg of fruit to be used including
currants, sultanas and raisins and mixed peel. Glace cherries are optional.
To be baked in a 25cm /10"square tin.
To be displayed on a 12-inch square cake board, with a piece of baking paper in
between the cake and board.

Every entrant received a goodie bag of products from Queen Dr Oetker and a baking set from Ikea.
